Job summary

Yo-Chi - Embrace the Chi Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Venue Leader for our Surfers venue on the Gold Coast. You will be the right hand to the Venue Leader, energising the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and keeping the venue running smoothly from shift to shift.

You will lead by example, coach a high-performing team, and help manage inventory, safety standards, and key metrics. This is a hands-on hospitality leadership role where culture and vibes matter as much as performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain energy and ensure smooth venue operations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory and stock management
• Train, coach and grow a motivated, high-performing team.
• Drive key metrics including labour, COGs and overall venue performance.
• Collaborate with the Venue Leader to deliver the venue P&L.

What You'll Be Doing
