The ideal candidate has managerial experience in a fast food or café setting, solid communication skills, and must be available for early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager in a fast food, bakery, cafe or quick-service retail environment.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Sound knowledge of stock control, rostering and cost management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work early mornings and weekends as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Monitor sales performance and control costs.
• Order stock and manage supplier relationships.
