Job summary

Flour is expanding and seeks a full-time Front of House Manager to lead with confidence, care for people, and shape the guest experience across our stores. You will mentor the FOH team, oversee daily operations, and maintain warm, welcoming service in a busy bakery setting.

You will partner with cafe leadership to ensure smooth service, manage rosters and training, report on KPIs, and recruit and onboard new staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solutions‑focused during busy service periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the FOH team to deliver consistently excellent service.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, floor flow, and customer experience.
• Manage rosters, training, performance development and SOPs.
• Set and report on KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Work closely with the Head of Coffee and Kitchen Managers to ensure smooth service.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new FOH staff.
• Uphold Flour's culture of warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
