You will manage rostering, stock, pricing with group management, and drive sales while maintaining Food Safety and hygiene compliance. This role requires hands-on leadership, budget awareness, and a passion for artisan baked goods.

Qualifications

• Formal diploma in Retail Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
• Valid Work Health and Safety certification.
• 1+ year of retail bakery or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Create rosters and shift allocations to optimize efficiency while controlling wage costs.
• Set pricing strategies with group management to ensure profitability.
