Job summary

Flour in Sydney is seeking a full-time Front of House Manager to lead with confidence, care deeply about people, and shape the guest experience across our stores.

You will mentor the FOH team, oversee daily operations, manage rosters and SOPs, and set KPIs, while upholding Flour's warm, hospitality-focused culture.

This role collaborates with Head of Coffee and Kitchen Managers to ensure smooth service and a positive, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A calm, solutions-focused approach to busy service periods
• A passion for great food, great coffee, and great people
• Ability to build a positive, supportive team culture
• Australian work rights are required for this position

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the FOH team to deliver consistently excellent service
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, floor flow, and customer experience
• Manage rosters, training, performance development and SOPs
• Set and report on KPIs
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Work closely with the Head of Coffee and Kitchen Managers to ensure smooth service
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new FOH staff
• Uphold Flour's culture of warmth, professionalism, and hospitality
