Job summary

A&L Windows & Doors is seeking a proactive Territory Account Manager to grow market share across Western Melbourne through new business development and strong customer relationships.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will own the territory, manage your pipeline, forecast accurately and service builders, trades and industry partners. The role offers a competitive salary, a fully maintained vehicle, and a flexible, autonomous work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales, business development or account management.
• A track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Experience in construction or building products industries.
• Windows and doors industry experience is highly regarded.
