RSEA Safety is seeking a New Business Appointment Setter to join our Sydney-based B2B team on a full-time permanent basis, supporting new business development nationally. You will identify and contact prospective customers across Australia, qualify their interest and book meetings for our New Business team.

This dedicated outbound role focuses on opening doors and creating opportunities rather than managing accounts or closing sales.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new businesses.
• Confident speaking with decision-makers and building rapport.
• Persistent, organised and able to work towards targets.
• Able to identify genuine opportunities through probing questions.

Aufgaben

• Research and identify prospective business customers nationally.
• Make outbound contact through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Engage business owners, procurement teams and other decision-makers.
• Introduce RSEA Safety and understand each prospect’s current supplier arrangements.
• Identify potential workwear, PPE and workplace safety requirements.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the New Business team.
• Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups and appointment details in HubSpot.
• Work towards agreed activity and appointment-setting targets.
