Responsibilities

• Make 80+ outbound calls daily to pool shops, builders and technicians across Australia.
• Reach decision-makers and deliver concise AquaTech Group intro and handle objections.
• Book 20-minute phone meetings into calendars and ensure attendees show up.
• Maintain CRM with contact details, notes and outcomes in real-time.
• Re-book no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours and follow up on warm leads.
