Nexgen Australia is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Business Development Managers. This full-time role is based in Parramatta and is strictly outbound, not entry-level.

You will prospect SME decision-makers, qualify opportunities across telco, hardware, AI, print, and security, and drive consistent KPI attainment while leveraging CRM data and structured qualification frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound B2B appointment setting experience.
• Track record of booking qualified appointments that convert.
• Strong commercial questioning and qualification skills.
• Confident, professional phone presence with SME decision-makers.

Responsabilités

• Outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers (cold, warm & targeted prospecting).
• Qualifying opportunities across telco, hardware, AI, print, and security solutions.
• Identify commercial need, authority, timing, and intent.
• Secure commitment and book sales-ready appointments.
• Handle objections and progress to next steps.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and appointment quality standards.
• Meet KPIs for appointments booked, show rates, and conversions.
