Job summary

RSEA Safety Australia & New Zealand is seeking a commercially driven State Sales Manager to lead the NSW B2B sales team from Hurstville. This full-time role reports to the COO and oversees 10+ sales professionals across NSW and the ACT, with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability and performance.

You’ll coach in the field, foster key customer relationships, manage pipelines and ensure targets are met while travel is regular across metropolitan and regional areas.

Qualifications

• Five years’ sales management experience.
• Experience leading a sizeable sales team across multiple locations/territories.
• Background in product-based B2B sales, ideally within wholesale, distribution, or safety sectors.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and managing margins, budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed NSW/ACT sales team through field coaching and reviews.
• Set clear targets, territory priorities and activity expectations.
• Drive new business, nurture key accounts and close opportunities.
• Maintain forecasts, manage the sales pipeline and pricing decisions.
