Job summary

Boomering Inc. is hiring an Appointment Setter to join our Australian commercial fit-out and joinery business. You will be the first voice prospective clients hear, supporting sales across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, with a Manila-based day schedule.

This full‑time onsite role requires 2+ years of outbound calling, B2B experience, and CRM proficiency. You will make 80–100 calls per day, book video meetings, and help grow opportunities for the sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling or appointment setting.
• B2B sales supporting Australian, US or UK clients.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident and professional phone manner.
• Comfortable with rejection and repeating the same call approach many times throughout the day.
• Experience using a CRM; HubSpot is preferred, while Salesforce, Pipedrive or GoHighLevel are also suitable.
• Highly organised and dependable with follow-ups, doing what you said you would do.
• Experience in construction, trades, real estate or building products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Australian business culture and time zones is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Call new website and advertising leads within 5 minutes and book video meetings for the sales team.
• Work through the database of past clients to identify upcoming projects and reconnect with previous customers.
• Make outbound calls to builders and businesses, building toward 80–100 calls per day once fully trained.
• Follow up prospects by SMS and email and maintain accurate, up-to-date contact records in HubSpot.
• Open conversations and create opportunities for the sales team; quoting and negotiating are not part of this role.
• Send a short daily report covering calls, conversations and meetings booked.
