You will conduct outbound B2B calls with business owners and directors across Australia, booking high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound, B2B phone calls with business owners and directors across Australia to understand their people and safety challenges.
• Book high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers across Australia.
• Build strong relationships and be a trusted contact for prospects, clients and field-based team.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM is kept up to date with accurate notes.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs.
