Peninsula Australia is expanding its Sydney sales team with a pure Business Development Manager role for high-performing hunters ready to own their success. There is no account management or inherited clients; your earnings grow with your results and pipeline.

You’ll meet business owners, manage opportunities in Salesforce, and drive activity and revenue toward strong targets. Expect an uncapped commission structure, a car allowance, and frequent leadership opportunities as you prove your impact.

Qualifications

• Proven success in new business development or field sales.
• Driven to not stop at targets but to exceed them.
• Confident engaging with business owners & decision makers.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• High levels of resilience, drive and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand their challenges and present Peninsula's market leading solutions.
• Manage your pipeline and opportunities through Salesforce.
• Consistently aim to meet activity, revenue and conversion targets.
• Build long-term relationships across the Australian SME market.
• Build your own pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and business development activity.
