Job summary

Katz Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Experience Specialist in Eastern Creek to manage orders, coordinate accounts and support sales, operations and supply chain in a fast-paced B2B environment.

You will liaise with internal teams, handle stock availability, deliveries, returns and customer issues, build strong relationships with business customers and ensure orders are accurate and on track.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders through ERP.
• Coordinate ongoing business customer relationships and accounts.
• Respond to inquiries about stock, orders and delivery dates.
• Liaise with sales, operations, supply chain and warehouse teams.
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies and customer concerns.
• Process returns, credits and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Build strong relationships with business customers.
