Job summary

Allied Pinnacle in Sydney seeks a Customer Service Representative to act as the essential link between customers and the business, ensuring seamless communication, high‑quality support, and a positive experience across every interaction.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working model with Macquarie Park on‑site days and remote options on other days. You will build product knowledge, manage orders, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Production to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of FMCG operations, order cycles, logistics, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume customer orders efficiently.
• Process orders, returns, credits, invoices, and modifications quickly and accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals.
• Investigate and resolve complaints; escalate as needed.
• Maintain CRM records of all interactions and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Production to ensure customer satisfaction.
