Job summary

Excel Recruitment in Blacktown seeks an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The role manages customer orders and projects from purchase order to completion, liaising with Production, Sales and Finance for smooth delivery.

The successful candidate will coordinate schedules, enter order data accurately, monitor costs and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, project coordination or order management.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, HVAC or a similar industry.
• Understanding of quoting and cost monitoring.
• Experience using ERP or order management systems.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and projects from purchase order through to completion.
• Coordinating production and delivery schedules.
• Entering and maintaining accurate order information.
• Monitoring project costs and reconciling against quotes and purchase orders.
• Managing variations and additional purchase orders.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Preparing smaller quotes in line with pricing structures.
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaising with Production, Sales and Finance to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives.
