Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service, account coordination or internal sales.
• Experience in manufacturing/wholesale or product-based environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders through the ERP system.
• Managing forward and back orders and delivery dates.
• Responding to customer enquiries regarding stock, orders and service.
• Liaising with sales, operations, supply chain and warehouse teams.
• Resolving delivery issues, discrepancies and customer concerns.
• Processing returns, credits and warranty claims.
• Supporting service and administrative activities.
• Maintaining accurate customer and order information.
