You will handle enquiries, manage records, assist with orders, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation. Ideal candidates will have proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client administration and sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience using computer systems, Microsoft Office and SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer records in our systems.
• Process customer orders, requests, and transactions with precision.
• Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
• Provide product and service information to support purchasing decisions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain product knowledge.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records for QA.
