Job summary

Quest Events in Manly is seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to own delegate revenue across our B2B conference portfolio. You'll identify target organisations, engage senior professionals by phone, and demonstrate why two to three days in a room with peers is worth the ticket price.

This consultative role requires multitasking across campaigns, collaboration with production, marketing, sponsorship and operations, and on-site presence at events to rebook for next year.

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based B2B sales.
• Comfort calling senior people and holding real conversations.
• Ability to switch context across campaigns and audiences.
• Works well in a team; campaigns are collaborative.
• Consistent performance; numbers-driven.
• Interest in learning unfamiliar markets and building knowledge.
• Able to run multiple pipelines without being chased.

Responsibilities

• Contact targeted prospect lists across corporate, government and industry.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to senior professionals.
• Manage a pipeline in HubSpot and forecast against monthly targets.
• Rebook and grow returning delegate accounts campaign to campaign.
• Contribute in campaign team meetings and refine marketing messages.
• Work on-site at events, meeting delegates and rebooking for next year.
