QT Gold Coast is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to drive conference and events revenue through proactive sales, new business development and strong client relationships.

You will generate new business, build a robust pipeline, respond to enquiries with proposals, host client site inspections and work with the Sales Director and hotel team to win and retain key accounts. A can-do attitude, excellent negotiation and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel, conferencing or events sales.
• Confident, proactive approach to new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Great organisation and time management.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through proactive sales calls, site inspections and networking.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of C&E leads and opportunities.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and issue contracts.
• Host clients and conduct site inspections to secure business.
• Grow and retain key accounts through great service and regular contact.
• Represent QT Gold Coast at industry and networking events.
• Keep CRM records and reporting accurate and up to date.
• Liaise closely with the Director of Sales, C&E Manager and wider hotel team.
