National Media Pty Limited in Sydney seeks a Marketing Executive to support our Design Portfolio, Australia's premier trade events for Architecture & Design. You will drive day-to-day campaigns, craft high-converting email and SMS, and produce engaging social content.

This role blends B2B growth with elevated visual storytelling, requires strong time management to meet tight deadlines, and offers on-site delivery at events with close collaboration with exhibitors, partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in marketing (B2B or events exposure preferred).
• Strong execution capability across email, digital and campaign delivery.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident written communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, reliable and increasingly independent.
• Commercially aware with a willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule and deploy eDMs across the Design portfolio.
• Manage SMS scheduling and deployment in line with campaign plans.
• Support list segmentation, hygiene and send accuracy.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish content across all brands.
• Proactively manage community engagement (comments, DMs, replies).
• Adapt marketing assets using approved templates and maintain brand consistency.
• Lead on exhibitor, sponsor and partner marketing activity.
• Execute contracted sponsorship and partner deliverables and manage speaker promotions.
• Build relationships with exhibitors, partners and agencies.
• Maintain and update event websites to ensure content relevance.
• Manage marketing inboxes and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Clean, manage and maintain marketing databases; track campaign performance.
• Provide general marketing administration support and on-site activity as needed.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by the Head of Marketing.
