Seek.Com.Au is seeking a confident Outbound Sales Consultant to join our Norwest team. You will connect with prospective business customers, qualify leads and secure appointments for the wider sales team.

This is a fully office based role, five days per week. You will benefit from a strong base salary with uncapped commissions and a first-year OTE of around $120k–$130k, plus comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of high-volume cold calling and appointment setting.
• Proven track record of hitting KPIs.
• Professional, resilient communicator with strong phone skills.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to business owners (high volume).
• Build rapport and conduct genuine, two-way conversations.
• Handle objections and guide conversations naturally.
• Ask questions to understand each business’s needs.
• Book qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM.
• Work toward daily and weekly targets.
• Receive regular coaching and feedback to improve performance.
