Woolworths Group in Mascot, Sydney, is seeking a Customer Support Representative for an onsite casual role. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering clear, empathetic support across products and services.

The position offers rotating shifts from early morning to late evening, with up to 6 weeks of onsite training. Hybrid opportunities may become available after competency sign-off.

Formación

• 6 months contact centre experience OR 12+ months in customer service or retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence using multiple computer systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Proactive, positive and customer-first attitude.
