Job summary

NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative for the Contact Centre. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on assisting roadside assistance calls, delivering calm, clear support, and guiding members to quick resolutions.

The role requires flexibility for a 5am-12am roster over 3 weeks, with training at Sydney Olympic Park and Gosford, and a commitment to live within 100km of Gosford. We offer training, allowances, and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service; training provided for those new to contact centres.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Data handling and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound roadside assistance calls calmly and professionally.
