The position involves rotating shifts, onsite at Mascot initially, with pathway to hybrid arrangements following training and performance review.

Formación

• At least 6 months of contact centre experience OR 12+ months in customer service or retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident using multiple computer systems.
• A proactive, positive and customer-first attitude.
