Job summary

Nauru Airlines in Brisbane is seeking an experienced OCC Crew Planner to support day-of-operations for its fleet across scheduled flights and charters, under the Flight Operations Department.

You will work with multiple teams to keep operations safe, compliant and on schedule, while minimising disruptions. The role requires 2 years in a similar position, aviation operations knowledge, MS Office proficiency and line-check eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience as an OCC Crew Planner.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
• Able to be checked-to-line as an OCC Crew Planner.
• Able to be checked-to-line as an OCC Officer before operations.
• Eligible to apply for an ASIC.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Competent as an OCC Crew Planner.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience in an Aviation Operations Centre (desirable).
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient skills.
• Competence in the use of OCC operational programs.
• Must be checked-to-line as an OCC Crew Planner.
• Must be checked-to-line as an OCC Officer before commencing operations.
• Must be eligible to apply for an ASIC.
• Excellent attention to detail and checking for accuracy.
• Ability to work independently without the need for close supervision.
• Ability to work in and positively contribute to a team.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate confidently and positively with a wide range of people.
• Ability to travel as required.
