Hume City Council is seeking an AV Technician to support professional audio-visual and event services across Town Hall Broadmeadows and learning centres. You will set up, operate and pack down AV equipment and provide technical support to ensure successful events.
You will work with clients hiring venues, handle incidents, and escalate complex issues with guidance from the Venues and Operations leadership team. A strong understanding of council policies and processes is essential.

This position supports the delivery of professional audio-visual and event services across Town Hall Broadmeadows, Hume Global Learning Centres and other Council facilities. The role is responsible for the setup, operation and pack down of audio-visual equipment, providing technical support for events and functions, and triaging, resolving or escalating technical issues to ensure the successful delivery of events and activities.
