Job summary

Our client is a leading, international lighting solutions provider seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover South-East Melbourne and Victoria. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while expanding the customer base in the region.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors and end users, and guiding opportunities from enquiry to order.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Develop existing accounts by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry and prospecting through to quotation and order placement.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to support future product development.
• Work closely with the Country Manager to contribute to sales strategy and business growth.
