Job summary

Lecky's Electrical & Wholesale in Thomastown, VIC, seeks a seasoned Major Accounts Manager to grow key client relationships and deliver innovative lighting solutions across commercial and industrial projects.

You will manage major accounts, develop proposals, provide expert lighting advice, and collaborate with consultants, architects, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project delivery, profitability and Green Star compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in major account management within lighting sector.
Knowledge of Green Star, Australian Standards.
Ability to design lighting solutions and prepare proposals.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow key customer accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, architects, suppliers and branch teams.
Identify and pursue project opportunities from specification through to completion.
Prepare and assist with lighting designs and project proposals.
Provide technical advice and product recommendations.
Monitor and manage project values, margins and profitability.
Ensure projects comply with relevant lighting standards and Green Star requirements.
Visit customers and branch locations as required.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Resolve customer and project-related issues in a timely manner.
