Glen Callum Associates Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Territory Sales Representative for the automotive aftermarket lighting and accessory portfolio in Queensland and New South Wales. This field-based role offers autonomy, a base salary in the AUD 80k–100k range, and a performance bonus.

Your duties include growing market share, developing new accounts, and supporting customers with technical product advice across the territory.

Qualificações

Territory sales or business development experience in automotive aftermarket.
Automotive aftermarket experience is essential.
Knowledge of automotive lighting, electrical products or related categories.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Queensland and New South Wales.
Identify, secure and develop new reseller, distributor and trade customer opportunities.
Grow sales and market share within existing customer accounts.
Build relationships with key decision-makers across the automotive aftermarket.
Provide technical product advice and application support to customers and end-users.
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations and training sessions.
Attend trade exhibitions and customer events.
Maintain CRM records and pipeline management.
