Job summary

BIG Brand Influence Group in Melbourne is seeking an energetic Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across FMCG brands. You will own your route, build genuine retailer relationships, and deliver local demand through in-store execution and proactive outreach.

You'll use an iPad and Excel to capture activity, review reports, and stay organised, with autonomy from a supportive leadership team and a diverse portfolio of brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, field sales, merchandising or grocery.
• Love building genuine customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and influence in-store outcomes.
• Confident using an iPad, Microsoft Office (Excel) and sales reports.
• Organised, self-motivated and enjoy working independently.
• Hold a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with store owners and managers to drive growth.
• Launch new products and secure additional shelf space/ranging.
• Implement planograms and complete pre-sells to grow customer business.
• Review sales results and plan routes to optimise territory.
• Use an iPad to capture store activity and Excel to review reports.
• Work autonomously with support from an experienced leadership team.
