Job summary

BIG Brand Influence Group in Sydney is seeking a field sales professional to drive growth across a diverse portfolio of FMCG brands. You’ll build genuine relationships with store owners and managers, launch new products, secure additional ranging, implement planograms, and support pre-sells to grow customer businesses.

You’ll enjoy autonomy to manage your own territory, organise your run, and structure your days.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, field sales, merchandising or grocery.
• Love building genuine customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and influence in-store outcomes.
• Confident using an iPad, Microsoft Office (Excel) and sales reports.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Hold a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with store owners and managers and launch new products.
• Secure additional ranging, implement planograms and complete pre-sells.
• Help customers grow their business and review sales results.
• Manage your own territory with autonomy and structure your days.
• Use an iPad to capture store activity and Excel to review reports.
