JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across Sydney and surrounding regions. This autonomous field-based role offers a vehicle allowance and the opportunity to build your own customer portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will identify new business, grow existing accounts, and partner with workshops, trade customers and fleets to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, territory management, account management or sales.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Autonomous and self-motivated with ability to manage your own territory.
• Current driver’s licence required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and secure new business opportunities.
• Grow and retain existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with workshops, trade customers, fleet operators and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans.
• Identify market opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve growth targets.
• Partner with branch teams to maximise customer outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Provide sales forecasts and market insights.
