Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts is seeking a driven Territory Manager based in Ballarat to own a well-established regional territory from Ballarat to Horsham and nearby towns. This hands-on, on-the-road sales role focuses on managing existing accounts while actively growing new business.

You’ll conduct face-to-face visits, build strong relationships with workshops and trade customers, and negotiate quotes to close deals, with support from a national network and the Bapcor Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Automotive or trade industry exposure (highly regarded, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customers
• Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits and cold calls
• Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
• Monitor competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities
• Support the branch when required
