Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor network, is seeking a driven Territory Manager for a well-established Ballarat region. This is a hands-on, on-the-road sales role managing existing accounts while actively growing new business across Ballarat to Horsham, Warracknabeal, Nhill, and Edenhope.

You’ll build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians and trade customers, conduct regular visits, present quotes, negotiate and close sales, and monitor competitor activity to

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Automotive or trade industry exposure is highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel across the Ballarat region.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, and trade customers
• Identify and win new business through proactive sales activity
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits and cold calls
• Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
• Monitor competitor activity and uncover growth opportunities
• Support the branch when required
