Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a Territory Manager to own and grow the Caboolture region. You’ll be on the road most days, visiting workshops, fleets and trade customers to identify opportunities and provide solutions that boost their business.

The role offers autonomy, a fully maintained company vehicle and strong earning potential within a market-leading group. You’ll join a team focused on long-term relationships and territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Territory Management, Account Management, Business Development or Sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to hit targets.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, agricultural operators, fleet operators and trade customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Execute territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Partner with internal branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
