Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, powered by the Bapcor Group, seeks a Territory Manager for Caboolture, QLD. You will own a well-established territory, visiting customers, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that drive business growth.

Based in Caboolture, you will travel across Narangba to Beerwah and beyond, building relationships with workshops, fleet operators and trade customers while earning competitive rewards and benefiting from an ASX-listed group backing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Territory Management, Account Management or Sales.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.
• A willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing customer base across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with workshops, auto electricians, agricultural operators, fleet operators and trade customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Execute territory plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Partner closely with internal branch teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
