• Ability to handle multiple claims and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage warranty claims per policies.
• Review documentation for accuracy before submission.
• Liaise with warranty department on approvals and coverage.
• Maintain detailed warranty records.
• Communicate with customers on coverage and status.
• Coordinate with service to document warranty work.
• Investigate issues and resolve discrepancies.
