JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, seeks a Warranty Administrator to join the Product Management team in Mount Waverley. You will manage warranty claims from submission through to resolution, coordinating with suppliers, branches and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely processing and documentation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration or claims processing.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems.

Responsabilités

• Process and assess warranty claims in accordance with company and supplier guidelines.
• Collect and validate supporting documentation including invoices and product information.
• Track claims and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the key point of contact for branch teams and customers regarding warranty enquiries.
• Maintain accurate claim records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare warranty activity reports for management.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve warranty-related issues.
• Identify trends and recurring product issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining warranty procedures and documentation.
