Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a highly organised Warranty Administrator to join our Product Management team in Mount Waverley. You will manage warranty claims from submission through resolution, coordinating with suppliers, branches, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing and a positive customer experience.

Reporting to the Product Manager, this hands‑on role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warranty administration, claims administration, customer service or a similar role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems.
• Automotive knowledge is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and assess warranty claims in accordance with company and supplier guidelines.
• Collect and validate supporting documentation including invoices and product information.
• Track claims and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the key point of contact for branch teams and customers regarding warranty enquiries.
• Maintain accurate claim records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare warranty activity reports for management.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve warranty-related issues.
• Identify trends and recurring product issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining warranty procedures and documentation.
