Melbourne Tractors Pty Ltd. is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claim submissions across five branches, coordinating with Service Managers and Advisors to protect customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the General Service Manager and emphasizes accuracy, timeliness and clear communication within a busy dealership environment. You will review claims, validate with the service team, monitor progress, and ensure proper documentation and invoicing in our systems, contributing

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with talent for multi-tasking.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Team player who collaborates well with Service Managers and Advisors.
• Experience in the operations of a busy dealership and workshop is preferred.
• High computer literacy and quick learner with ERP/DMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing warranty claims in accordance with policies and manufacturer guidelines.
• Working with the Service team to validate claims and coordinate warranty activities.
• Monitoring claim progress and proactively communicating updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Preparing and processing invoices for completed work orders.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring warranty claims and contracts are correctly registered within company systems.
