Job summary

NAPA Australia is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow our presence across South Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra. You will manage ~110 customer accounts, secure new business, and drive sales growth while maintaining margins and customer success.

Reporting to the Channel Manager and collaborating with Branch Managers, you’ll engage with customers, attend meetings and trade shows, and work with internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes across the territory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management or territory management within the automotive industry.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a KPI-driven environment.
• Ability to build credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory
• Achieving sales and gross margin targets
• Building strong relationships through regular customer engagement and consultation
• Attending sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
• Working closely with branch teams and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Championing a safety-first culture and demonstrating safe driving behaviours at all times
