Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Sydney region is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for the 4x4, transmission sector. You will manage a diverse portfolio across South Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra, building long-term partnerships and driving sales growth with external account management.

Reporting to the Channel Manager, you’ll meet targets, collaborate with branch teams, and travel regularly to customer sites, trade shows and trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and territory management within automotive aftermarket preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM systems and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel across NSW/ACT territory and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
• Achieve sales and gross margin targets.
• Build strong relationships through regular customer engagement and consultation.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions, and collaborate with branches.
