Job summary

Sunco Motors is seeking a Service Receptionist for a full-time role on the Sunshine Coast. The position focuses on providing excellent customer service and acting as the first point of contact for customers, while supporting the service and sales teams.

You will book appointments, follow up on inquiries, and nurture relationships with existing customers in a fast-paced environment. The role offers ongoing training and development within a family-owned dealership group.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills are essential.
• Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience truly means.
• Well-presented and professional presentation.
• Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, not reactive approach.
• Able to work Monday to Friday - 07.30am - 5.00pm.
• Full working rights, and committed to a full-time role.
