Qualifications

• Experience as a service manager or supervisor in an automotive dealership or service facility.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices and Toyota products.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Proficiency with dealership service management software and related IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, resource allocation and workflow optimisation.
• Lead and develop technicians and administrative staff to maintain a productive team environment.
• Ensure repairs and maintenance meet Toyota standards and customer expectations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor budgets, labour costs and parts inventory while driving service revenue growth.
