Job summary

Warrnambool Toyota is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts departments, driving customer satisfaction and team performance in a family-owned dealership on the Great Ocean Road.

You will oversee workshop workflow, monitor technician productivity, and mentor staff to uphold Toyota standards and operational targets, while maintaining a positive work-life balance for the team.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry management experience.
• Current manual driver's licence.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Service and Parts departments.
• Managing workshop workflow with the Workshop Manager.

• Ensuring build targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion.
• Achieving Toyota Excellence and internal performance targets.
