Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealership management to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Manage stock levels daily and ensure stock management is prioritised.
• Remaining focused on customer centricity at all times.
• Building strong relationships with Toyota and building our Certified Used Car operations.
