Job summary

Precision Automotive Equipment is seeking a Service Administrator to provide high-level administrative and financial support for the service function. The role focuses on post-job administration, including quote follow-ups, job costing, invoicing and reporting to ensure accurate capture and timely billing.

You will work with Service Schedulers, Technicians and Management to resolve administration issues and maintain compliance. A strong detail orientation and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background (essential).
• Experience coordinating trade based technical teams.
• Exposure to invoicing, job costing, or order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process service invoicing and cost capture from jobs and service activities.
• Reconcile job costs including labour, parts and subcontractors.
• Prepare regular invoicing and financial reporting for service function.
• Maintain accurate service records and WIP in simPro system.
• Support service coordinators to maximise quote-to-invoice conversion.
