Job summary

Motacare is hiring an Administration & Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer experiences at the workshop, balancing admin tasks with service support. You will engage with customers, trade partners, and RACV Patrols to deliver accurate quotes and timely service information.

You will handle bookings, invoicing, payments, and job card preparation, while maintaining stock and workshop presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive administration or service advisory preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, handle phone/email inquiries, bookings and service scheduling.
• Develop rapport with retail and automotive trade customers.
• Process orders, invoicing, payments and prepare job cards.
• Provide accurate quotes for vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Manage stock levels and maintain office/workshop presentation.
