Ultimate Automotive is seeking an friendly Admin / Service Advisor to be the welcoming face of the workshop. You’ll handle customer inquiries, coordinate with suppliers and keep administration on track from the first phone call to handing back the keys.

You’ll enjoy a varied day combining customer service, administration and workshop coordination, with opportunities to build quotes, manage invoices, and keep the space neat and organized.
